Someone in Your Corner
We're living in the golden age of fitness information.
Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, YouTube tutorials, ChatGPT conversations. We've never had more access to data about our own bodies—and yet most people still feel lost.
The problem isn't information, it's interpretation. It's someone who can look at your resting heart rate, your schedule, your knee that acts up when it rains, your goal to keep up with your kids—and build a plan that accounts for all of it. Not just a plan. Your plan.
That takes more than data. It takes a real person who sees the whole picture and adjusts when the picture changes. That's what it means to have someone in your corner.
