I led a copywriter and CRM specialist in launching full-funnel lifecycle programs spanning lead nurturing, onboarding, activation, and a weekly newsletter. The initiative restored our sender reputation from low to high and grew global open rates from 33% to 75% in under six months.
Beyond the numbers, the newsletter gave us a consistent platform to highlight members and coaches, showcase new features and workouts, and reengage churned audiences with content that established Future as a leader in fitness.
